Calendar for the 2010 MSA English Rally Championship
In advance of a formal announcement about the 2010 MSA English Rally Championship it is possible to confirm the 2010 calendar based on a selection of the best 7 Nat B forest stage rallies in England with a good geographical and date spread. (best 5 scores to count)
February 13th - Wyedean Forest Stages - Forest of Dean
March 6th - Malcolm Wilson Rally - Lake District
April 24th - Somerset Stages - West Somerset
June 12th - Dukeries - Sherwood Forest
September 4th - Woodpecker - Shropshire
September 25th - Trackrod Clubman - Yorkshire
6th November - Tempest 2WD Rally - Hampshire Key Points
• Open to all 2 wheel drive cars with a maximum engine capacity limit of 2 litres.
• Class based championship so that competitors from any class have a chance of winning the overall championship. The scoring system reflects achievement against other registered competitors in the same class and the size of the class.
• There will be 5 classes to provide maximum opportunity to compete against similar cars. They include a BTRDA Rally First class to encourage the use of standard cars at the least possible cost. Classes will be:-
Class 1 BTRDA Rally First cars up to 1400cc
Class 2 All other cars up to 1400cc
Class 3 Up to 1600cc
Class 4 Up to 2000cc FWD
Class 5 Up to 2000cc RWD
